I will empower you with the skills and knowledge to work with food, not against it.
I provide in-person sessions in Prahran and Elsternwick or online via telehealth, creating a safe and supportive therapy environment wherever you are because you deserve a more peaceful, easier relationship with food – and with yourself.

Hi! I’m Sophie
I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) truly passionate about helping people build healthy relationships with food. I know what it feels like to be constantly thinking about food and what you’re going to eat next– because I’ve been there. And I can tell you first-hand how good it feels to break free from the food noise, regain brain space and feel confident and at peace with food.
I use a non-judgemental, weight-inclusive approach to create a welcoming space for you to explore your relationship with food and body. I hold space and guide clients to move beyond diet culture and the constant food noise, guilt and shame, and reconnect with their natural hunger cues, find a way of eating that makes them feel their best and find joy in nourishing themselves.
I’m passionate about supporting people to feel good in their bodies, comfortable in their own skin, and free to live life more deliciously!
Outside of sessions, you’ll usually find me out for a run, hiking in nature, or trying a new food spot. I’m a big fan of coffee, cooking, and food culture and love the ritual and connection it brings.
