My goal is to make dietitian services as accessible and inclusive as possible. I’ve kept appointment fees lower, while still reflecting the expertise and care of a qualified dietitian with a Master’s degree. In-person appointments are available located at Carlisle street, St Kilda or online via Telehealth.
Initial Consultation
60 minutes — $190
Want to improve your health without restriction? In your first consult, we’ll take the time to understand your goals, lifestyle, and relationship with food. You’ll receive personalised, evidence-based advice tailored to your unique needs, with a focus on building sustainable habits, quieting the food noise, and learning to trust your body again. This is the first step toward long-term health, confidence, and a more peaceful relationship with food.
Review Consultation
45 minutes — $150
Ongoing support for returning clients to help reinforce positive habits, navigate any challenges, and stay aligned with your goals. These sessions provide a space to reflect, adjust your plan as needed, and continue building confidence and trust in your body on the path toward food freedom.
Complimentary Call
10 minutes — $0
Curious about working together but not quite sure if you’re ready jump in? This free 10-minute introductory call is a chance to ask questions, learn more about my approach, and see if it feels like the right fit for you. No pressure–just a chat to explore what working with a non-diet Dietitian might look like.
Pricing & Referrals Information
You don’t need a referral to see me, but with a referral from your GP, you will receive a Medicare rebate of $61.80. Learn more about eligibility criteria here.
Eating Disorder Treatment Plan (EDTP):
If you have an EDTP from your GP, you are eligible for up to 20 rebated dietetic sessions per calendar year through Medicare.
Initial consultation (60 minutes): $190 (Medicare rebate $61.80)
Review consultation (45 minutes): $150 (Medicare rebate of $61.80)
Chronic Condition Management Plan (CCMP):
If you have a CCMP from your GP, you may be eligible for up to 5 rebated allied health sessions (including dietetics) per calendar year through Medicare.
Initial consultation (60 minutes): $190 (Medicare rebate $61.80)
Review consultation (30 minutes): $150 (Medicare rebate of $61.80)
Private Health Insurance:
Private health insurance rebates may also apply depending on your fund and level of cover, check with your individual insurer.
NDIS Clients:
I offer at-home visits– please contact me if you would like more information.

Cancellation policy:
Within 48 hours of your appointment time, 50% of the consult fee is payable.
Within 24 hours of your appointment time, 100% of the consult fee is payable.
