Hi! I’m Sophie.
I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) truly passionate about helping people build healthy relationships with food. I know what it feels like to be constantly thinking about food and what you’re going to eat next– because I’ve been there. And I can tell you how good it feels to break free from the food noise, regain brain space and feel confident and at peace with food.
I am an ANZAED Credentialed Eating Disorder Dietitian and I use a non-judgemental, weight-inclusive approach to create a welcoming space for you to explore your relationship with food and body.
I hold space and guide clients to move beyond diet culture and the constant food noise, guilt and shame, and reconnect with their natural hunger cues, find a way of eating that makes them feel their best and find joy in nourishing themselves.
I’m passionate about about supporting people to feel good in their bodies, comfortable in their own skin, and free to live life more deliciously.
It brings me so much joy to use my knowledge and skills to help my clients become the person they want to be. I’m here to make sure you feel supported, and genuinely heard– because your story, experiences, and personal goals will help us create a plan that fits your life, not the other way around.
Outside of sessions, you’ll usually find me out for a run, hiking in nature, or trying a new food spot. I’m a big fan of coffee, cooking, and food culture and love the ritual and connection it brings.
